FAQ
What's the difference between Free, Pro and Elite Accounts?
A Free Account allows 1x listing (1 single venue) with basic information such as name of facility, location, a single featured image and basic contact info.
A Pro Account allows one single listing on Kickr (1 venue). An Elite Account allows up to 3 listings (3 seperate venues). Both of these accounts come with extra features such as unlimited description, additional images, pitch information, facility information, booking information and much more.
If you have more than 3 venuew you wish to list, please use the form on the contact us page.
Can I Edit My Listing Whenever I Like?
When you sign up to Kickr (either Free, Pro or Elite), you’ll get access to your personal dashboard which allows you to manage, change, edit and update your listing whenever you like. Simply log in, and make the changes, and your listing will update immediately.
Will My Pitch Hire Be Searchable Through Kickr?
Yes, but with some caveats. For example, if a visitor uses an advanced search, and searches for ‘Pitches in the Yorkshire with 5v5 pitches’, and you meet all this criteria but only have a free account, your pitch hire won’t show in the results, because the Free account doesn’t have the option to state game types. Free accounts will only show when a visitor searches ‘Pitch + Location’.
How Does Location Search Work
Location search works through the Location you enter as your address. Within our system, your address generates a pin on the Google Map that appears on your page. Through search, visitors can find your pitch through Location search, showing listing cards and Google Maps with pins.
I've Paid For A Pro Or Elite Account, But It's About To Expire. What Happens Next?
You can either choose to renew your Pro or Elite Account for another year, or move to the free account. You’ll get a reminder before the expiry of your listing.
Pro and Elite Accounts that expire will be automatically delisted from kickr.
Can I Move From Free To Pro Or Elite Any Time I Want?
Yes. Simply go to your dashboard, choose memberships and choose the Pro or Elite Plan.
Once payment has been made, go back to your dashboard, and under memberships you’ll see your new account under ‘existing memberships.
You will need to complete your listing again as it has additional options and fields.
However, the Free Listing will still be live – you will need to delete this. Go to Dashboard, and next to the free listing, click the bin icon twice to delete it. Kickr does not allow more than 1 listing for the same pitch hire venue, so if you have the Pro/Elite Membership and a free membership running together, our admin will remove the free listing within 7 days if you don’t.
Is The Pro/Elite Account Worth It?
Yes. Managers and coaches can find pitch hire facilities near to them easily using Kickr’s powerful search tool. They’ll get the information they need quickly and easily, in a easily digestible way. Working out at from as little as just £3.33 a month over the year, it’s a no brainer.
