FAQ

A free account allows a football coach to list basic information, such as short description, address and contact details.

A Pro Account goes further, with additional fields available, including UNLIMITED description length, additional images, years of experience, qualification level (such as UEFA licences, Pro etc), speciality training (such as goalkeeper training etc) as well as many more. 

Elite Accounts are the same, but are designed for academy/agancy coaching with more than one coach/location that operate all over the UK.

When you sign up to Kickr (either Free or Elite), you’ll get access to your personal dashboard which allows you to change, edit and update your listing whenever you like. Simply log in, and make the changes, and your listing will update immediately.

Yes, but with some caveats. For example, if a visitor uses an advanced search, and searches for ‘Coaches in the West Midlands who does 1 on 1 coaching’, and you meet all this criteria but only have a free account, your coaching won’t show in the results, because the Free account doesn’t have the option to state your session types. Free accounts will only show when a visitor searches ‘Coach + Location’.

Location search works through the Location you enter as your address. Within our system, your address generates a pin on the Google Map that appears on your page. Through search, visitors can find your club through Location, without any other search criteria.

You’ll get a reminder before the expiry of your listing. If you don’t renew your package and it expires, your listing will automatically be delisted from Kickr.

Yes. Simply go to your Dashboard, select Memberships and choose the Pro/Elite Plan. Once payment has been made, go back to your dashboard, select Memberships and your new account should be listed under existing memberhsips.

You will need to complete your listing again using the package you have bought, as it has additional features, options and fields.

However, the Free Listing will still be live – you will need to delete this. Go to Dashboard, and next to the free listing, click the bin icon twice to delete it. Kickr does not allow more than 1 listing for the same coaching service, so if you have the Pro/Elite Membership and a free membership running together, our admin will remove the free listing within 7 days if you don’t.

Yes. Parents can be matched to coaching services quickly and easily using Kickr’s powerful search tool. They’ll get the information they need quickly and easily, in a easily digestible way. Working out at £2.50 a month over the year, it’s a no brainer.

The FA estimate that there are 1.3 million registered grassroots football players in the UK. There is a huge demand for private 1 to 1, or small group football coaches across the UK, but the problem is, they are hard to find. Kickr lists your coaching service in a structured way, making it easy for parents to match their child with a coach in their local area.
