What's the difference between Free and Elite Accounts?
A free account allows a club to list basic information, such as short description, address and contact details.
An Elite Account goes further, with additional fields available, including UNLIMITED description length and additional images, as well as many more fields important to grassroots football clubs that parents can search for.
Can I Edit My Listing Whenever I Like?
When you sign up to Kickr (either Free or Elite), you’ll get access to your personal dashboard which allows you to change, edit and update your listing whenever you like. Simply log in, and make the changes, and they will reflect on the site immediately.
Will My Club Be Searchable Through Kickr?
Yes, but with some caveats. For example, if a visitor uses an advanced search, and searches for ‘Clubs in the North East with DBS Checked Coaches’, and you meet all this criteria but only have a free account, your club won’t show in the results, because the Free Account doesn’t have the option to state whether your coaches are DBS Checked or not.

How Does Location Search Work
Location search works through the Location you enter as your address. Within our system, your address generates a pin on the Google Map that appears on your listing (You’ll also be able to see this in your dashboard when submitting or editing your listing).
In standard search (i.e Category: Clubs + Location), visitors can find your club through Location, without any other search criteria.
I've Paid For An Elite Account, But It's About To Expire. What Happens Next?i
You can either choose to renew your Elite Account for another year, or move to the free account. You’ll get a reminder before the expiry of your listing. If you do nothing, your listing will automatically move to the Free plan, however any additional information, fields and images you customised will be removed automatically. If you extend your subscription for another year, the listing will remain live with all additional information you entered.
Can I Move From Free To Elite Any Time I Want?
Yes. Simply go to Memberships – Clubs – Checkout. When you come back to your Dashboard after completing payment, you’ll have another Existing Membership Package. You will need to complete your listing again as it has additional options and fields.
However, the Free Listing will still be live – you will need to delete this. Go to Dashboard, and next to the free listing membership click the bin icon twice to delete it. Kickr does not allow more than 1 listing for the same Club, so if you have the Elite Membership and a free membership running together, our admin will remove the free listing within 7 days if you don’t.
Is The Elite Account Worth It?
Yes. Parents can be matched to clubs quickly and easily using Kickr’s powerful search tool. They’ll get the information they need quickly and easily, in an easily digestible way. Kickr already has numerous listings at number 1 spot in Google, as we strive to become the best platform for Grassroots Football. At £1.67 a month over the year, it’s a no brainer.
